STORE POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING. All orders placed on our website will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING. For all orders, shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout. We ship all orders via courier of our choice and will provide a tracking number for each shipment. Delivery time varies depending on your location, but it usually takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders (Within Malaysia) and 10-15 business days for international orders.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES. You may return it within 5-days (Within Malaysia) and 10-days (Outside Malaysia) of receipt for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Returns and exchanges will be processed after approval from the seller, within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or items that have been altered in any way.

PAYMENT. We accept payment via card, PayPal & bank transfers. Your payment information is securely processed through our website and we do not store any of your financial information.

PRIVACY POLICY. We respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. We do not share any of your personal information with third parties and use it only to process your order and provide you with the best possible shopping experience.
